“Match Game” for 2/15/10

Here’s a full panel response to this:

“After Frank’s wife threw herself under a moving steamroller, Frank had to __________ her up.”

David “Bosley” Doyle matched with “scrape,” Brett had “roll,” Charles had “blow

Didi “friend of Mr. Conductor” Conn had “pump,” Richard had “roll,” and Fannie had “blow.”

But after that round, things got interesting as members of the cast of “The Carol Burnett Show” dropped by and insisted on playing a round:

“Gloria said, ‘My husband the bomber pilot is always practicing. He even yells “Bomb’s away!” when he’s __________ ing.’”

Jim Nabors responded with a word which meant “tinkling,” but could not be shown on television.

Carol Burnett responded with a word which meant “wee wee,” but could not be shown on television.

Vicki Lawrence responded with the actual word “tinkling,” which was a match and could be shown on television.

Tim Conway’s card was blank because, as he said, obviously the bomber was constipated.
